If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its advertised specifications, we'll happily provide a replacement or refund.

Because product specifications such as GSM, dimensions, materials, and colour are clearly stated on each product page, we do not offer refunds based solely on personal preference, including if the towel feels thicker, thinner, softer, firmer, lighter, or heavier than expected.

If you believe your towel does not match the advertised specifications, please contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or packing errors on our end, we’ll make it right. You’re eligible for a full refund or replacement — just reach out to our support team with clear photos of the issue.

*If your order arrives outside of our delivery guarantee, we will ensure to fully refund any shipping fees which you have paid for.
